Shreve orchestrated a 90-day timeline with 14 instructors from three detachments and delivered 34 courses — enabling 163 graduates. Additionally, at home station, Shreve was invaluable in generating a two-year Right Time Training forecast. This schedule was used by the Guard and Reserve forces in fiscal year planning and sustainment of a three-level awarding pipeline.
