The Civilian Personnel Office and Equal Opportunity Office provide mediation between individuals as a resource to resolve issues at the lowest level before they escalate. Mediation services may be arranged by either the Civilian Personnel Office or the Equal Opportunity Office, dependent upon the issues being addressed.
The UNITE Program provides squadron leaders with the maximum flexibility to deliver programs that build cohesion for personnel within their unit through social and recreation events.
