  • ROCKI 20-01 rolls into phase II

    Airmen form the 19th Airlift Wing began phase II of ROCKI 20-01 at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, Nov. 12, 2019. Phase II is divided into two sub-phases: phase IIa stresses Airmen’s ability to survive and operate in a simulated chemical environment; phase IIb stresses their ability to survive and operate in a simulated radiological environment.
  • 29th WPS: Forging C-130 Tactical Experts

    The 29th Weapons Squadron recently tackled phase three of the C-130 Weapons Instructor Course in Colorado, from October 12 to October 27, 2019. The 29th WPS at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, a detachment from the U.S. Air Force Weapons School at Nellis AFB, Nevada, is home to the course. The purpose of WIC is to teach C-130 Hercules pilots and navigators how to become tactical experts and leaders in the art of cross-domain battlespace dominance. Top tier instructor pilots and instructor navigators are selected to attend the course and are charged with taking their training back to their respective units, increasing overall combat capability and lethality of the force.

The Red Ribbon Award highlights all the prevention efforts that have been made throughout the past year by the DDRP’s joint service and multiagency coalition.
