30yr Service Pin
Phyllis Cooper, 19th Airlift Wing drug testing program administrative manager, received her 30 year service pin at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Cooper executes the drug demand reduction program initiatives for one hundred percent of the base population for military members and fifty percent of the civilian drug designated testing positions. She ensures observers and collectors are trained in the proper rules and regulations along with actual testing and training. She prepares and collects DDR statistical data to support the 19th Airlift Wing. She enjoys the family atmosphere and relationships with her co-workers. “Her positivity shines through with her care of people,” said Sharise Holland, 19th AW program manager. “Her ideas and passion have been a delight to see and be a part of.”
