Senior Airman Martinez, 41st Airlift Squadron C130J loadmaster, led mobility in-processing for 15 new squadron members and implemented new processes and systems to align the shop with new "Ready Airman" Air Mobility Command requirements.

Additionally, he deployed advanced airfield seizure capabilities on unprepared runways during a Nellis Joint Force exercise with over 60 aircraft supporting 9 weapons school graduates.

Finally, he improvised during the Exercise Raging Gunfighter to manually download cargo in an austere environment lacking material handling equipment. He directed 20 Army personnel to deliver airfield critical supplies, encapsulating Agile Combat Employment.
