As the 41st Airlift Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of security management, Villarreal led the Air Mobility Liaison Officer Qualification training in Colorado, flying five days of airdrop operations that certified 12 Army Air Mobility Liaison Officer’s and bolstered joint operational readiness, directly supporting the Wing’s global tactical airlift mission.

Additionally, he demonstrated unmatched initiative and innovation by qualifying 10 loadmasters in flush training, ensuring mission-critical capabilities while serving as the Ramp Coordinator during Air Combat Command’s Raging Gunfighter exercise, successfully launching and recovering four aircraft daily over 14 days.

Finally, he fueled morale and cohesion by organizing a fundraiser, raising funds for the unit’s Holiday party while balancing professional development by earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science, showcasing dedication to personal and organizational growth.
