As the 19th Security Forces Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of training and readiness, Hall constructed a 30-day course of 510 hours, enhancing base defense skills for 102 Multi-Capable Airmen from six different specialties. This drove his unit to earn Top Squad and three Superior Performers in pre-deployment training as well as his team being highlighted in Air Force Times!

Additionally, Hall led a joint partnership with the U.S. Army to integrate training with the 77th Theater Air Brigade. Hall developed the plan to implement Black Hawk helicopters to provide training on MEDEVAC for near-peer engagements.

Finally, Hall fueled his team to be number one in the Wing for innovation funding and headed two projects worth $31,000 to enable and enhance Multi-Capable Airmen training, supporting firing fundamentals and led to his team earning the unit’s team innovator award.
