Additionally, Bell, one of two Contracting Officers for Indo-Pacific Command's Valiant Shield 2024, was awarded 11 contracts worth over $541,000 to integrate armed forces and allied partners.
Finally, he attended the Rapid Global Mobility course, using insights gained to support Air Mobility Command's Mass Endurance Operations by awarding a $120,000 Ground Handling Services contract, enabling members to focus on Agile Combat Employment. As a result of Bell's dedication and excellence he was lauded by both the 19th Airlift Wing's deputy commander and Air Mobility Command's A37 logistics planner.
