Chambers executed the move of 64 children and 40 staff from the Infant-Toddler Center to Bldg. 882; liaised with 30 agencies and 60 volunteers. She acquired $150K from HHQ's purchasing supplies and facility upgrades. Lauded by AMC/A1 as "A shining example of the good that can happen when we empower and trust our people to tackle problems and find solutions."

Additionally, she oversaw the entire CDC operation during the absence of the director, she was responsible for over 90 staff and 250 children, expediting 18 staff hires to meet the reduced ratio requirement.

Finally, as an avid supporter of the Cabot debate and forensics team, she allocated 70 hours to judge five events, manned a concession booth collecting $4K for travel, and chaperoned 120 students to ensure safety away from campus.
