19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As an occupational health program manager, Kowaleski ensures the safety of 2,000 occupational health members.

Additionally, she led a team of 10 during back-to-back exercises, clearing 350 warfighters 50 percent faster than the Wing’s initial goal, resulting in an Achievement Medal.

Finally, she coordinated with 27 Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve units to rectify 360 UEI discrepancies and corrected 2,500 medical records for 150 shops.
