19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As a newly cross-trainee who embraced the Air Force career mindset, Scipio managed 25 contracts valued at over $25 million, where his leadership directly contributed to a mission ready force capable of providing agile combat support and undaunted tactical airlift.

Additionally, as an ambitious leader, he established the 19th Airlift Wing's first-ever joint service PT program, uniting the Marine Corps and the Air Force into one cohesive unit for Professional Development events. He instructed 120 joint leaders, enhanced personnel resiliency, and delivered on the fit-to-fight initiative.

Finally, Scipio was hand-selected to be on the Wing's Violence and Suicide Integration and Prevention Team, where he led multiple education events to strengthen over 800 Team Little Rock members supporting the thriving Herk nation mindset.
