Stanton launched eight new group models focusing on motivation improvement, sleep difficulties, and adaptive skill enhancement and promoted quality of life, wellbeing and mission readiness.

Additionally, she created a streamlined ADHD screening and evaluation process, mitigating back log and unnecessary psychological testing administration and referrals saving money, resources, and manpower. She also provided education/training to 19th Medical Group primary care managers on proper referral criteria. 

Lastly, she developed a five-week readiness program based in the Warrior Heart key components to facilitate the mental health flight's readiness and resiliency.
