Pulcini has played a critical role in assisting over 800 TLR members with their finance questions as the “face of finance” in the customer service training room.

He has walked members through the understanding of how CSP works and has been recognized for his service and willingness to go out of his way to assist in pay discrepancy resolution.

Additionally, Pulcini has established a working relationship with outside organizations to speed up processing time and create a real-time tracking log to optimize customer service operations to Airmen needs.
