As a dedicated crew chief, Staff Sgt. Noggle prevented a potential cargo safety of flight issue by identifying incorrect hardware on cargo D-Rings for multiple aircraft.

Additionally, he developed Multi-Capable airmen by training five other aircraft maintenance career fields on 33 crew chief tasks.
