As a 19th Contracting Squadron contracting officer, Hebert awarded Building 1257 an HVAC contract within 48 hours, keeping 15 aircraft in the air, allowing the Child Development Center to stay open and avoiding mission failure.

Additionally, she assisted in the 'Contract Action for Neuroflow for Security Forces' program, which has resulted in 14 saves across the AF.

Finally, worked with four other base agencies and 11 personnel to help organize a Women's Equality Day event for LRAFB.
