As a 19th Communications Squadron comm focal point technician, Diaz drives, and often expedites, trouble tickets to completion and provides personalized care for every customer she engages.

She restored the base local registration authority system and the ability to issue organizational account crypto certificates to securely transmit PII/HIPPA data.

Additionally, she coordinated with other squadrons and organizations to resolve three base-wide network outages, enabling critical command and control for 10,300 personnel.
