19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?  As an aerospace ground equipment instructor, Sepulveda was pivotal to revamping the 373rd Training Squadron's consolidated tool kit (CTK) program. He performed over 100 CTK inspections, corrected approximately 900 discrepancies and removed 80 unserviceable equipment items. Additionally, SSgt Sepulveda led a team of subject matter experts he drafted a budget which secured new specialty tools valued at $37,000 to refresh CTK. His tireless efforts guaranteed readiness for all future maintainers attending classes at the detachment. Sepulveda has also alleviated the 314th Maintenance Squadron vehicle shortfall. By coordinating with the 314th vehicle control NCO, he was able to ensure sustained maintenance operations.
