As a 913th Force Support Squadron deployment and distribution NCOIC, Carroll backfilled the Active Duty’s Installation Deployment Readiness Cell Superintendent billet. There, he coordinated and executed Team Little Rock’s ROCKI inspection. At the same time, he led his team to process and deploy approximately 300 personnel, 8 aircraft, and 42 tons of cargo.
