19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

As a 19th Airlift Wing Head Chapel religious affairs Airman, Louis played an instrumental role in ensuring the Chaplain team met the diverse religious and spiritual needs of all military members and their dependents. Louis modeled the Religious Support Team model by engaging 268 Airmen at their place of work, fostering spiritual resiliency across the installation.  Additionally, Louis took charge of 2 first term Airmen events where he educated 267 future leaders on relationship and resiliency strengthening skills.
