19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

SSgt Talton demonstrated readiness partnership as a key player in Operation Panther Storm. During this joint exercise, he relayed real-time weather data in an otherwise data-limited environment and ensured that the 82nd Airborne Division could execute a mass-tactical parachute assault safely and reliably. His efforts resonated across multiple agencies and served to considerably strengthen joint force relations. He has also cemented the necessity of having dedicated forecasters embedded in the mission planning process going forward. Additionally, Talton demonstrated community by acting as the 19th OSS Unit Voting Representative. Over the last few months, he has sent the Titans numerous resources about how to exercise their right to vote. His role as a liaison between the military members and their civil rights is particularly important during this election year.
