Airman 1st Class Cooper is part of a three member team working at the PHOC (Public Health Operations Center) to make the check-in calls and notifications for the PUIs (Person Under Investigation) that have been tested for COVID-19. This includes active-duty members, retirees and dependents. She was requested because of her personal motivation, great work ethic and constant strive for excellence. As the youngest Airman in the PHOC cell, she handles these important responsibilities extremely well. She ensures the 19th Medical Group's mission is met and ensures timely information for the rest of the base personnel to meet their mission.
