19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why?

Mrs. Lasley was the primary connection point between the group staff and MSG Key Spouses, organizing 12 monthly lunches, and ensuring all information was shared in a timely manner.

Additionally, she a identified critical gap in knowledge and education on wing staffing processes, authored a “Staff 101” guide, and personally taught over 50 command support staff members and flight chiefs from across the wing.

Finally, she masterfully orchestrates the MSG front office, managing 4 separate calendars, the Government Purchase Card program, Defense Travel System, Government Travel Card, and Task Management Tool.  She quickly established herself as the “go-to” person in the office to help resolve any/all problems.
