Col. Mark Vlahos, 314th Airlift Wing vice commander, is doused by friends and family members at his final flight at Little Rock Air Force Base July 10. The colonel’s next assignment is at Randolph AFB, Texas where he will serve as the 19th Air Force assistant director of operations. The colonel has served as the 314 AW’s vice commander since July 2007.
