Ready Warriors: Defenders train first-term Airmen as augmentees
The 19th Security Forces Squadron has trained approximately 180 Airmen as security forces augmentees at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas since the course began in December 2018.

41st AS: Most outstanding Airlift Squadron in AMC
The 41st Airlift Squadron was awarded the 2018 General Joseph Smith Trophy for being the most outstanding airlift squadron in Air Mobility Command last year.

34th CTS Airman trains next generation
The C-130J Super Hercules was built to perform tactical combat airlift while flying and landing in austere environments. Moving and dropping pallets doesn’t seem to be too daunting until loadmasters have to squeeze uniquely shaped cargo into the back of a C-130, at which point it can seem almost impossible without the correct training and techniques.

Keeping up with aircrew safety: 19th OSS AFE
Pilots and loadmasters are some of the first Airmen who come to mind when thinking about the safe execution of agile combat airlift. The 19th Operations Support Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment Flight is responsible for maintaining all in-flight safety equipment, ensuring aircrew are properly trained in the event of an emergency.

Equal Opportunity advocates against bullying, hazing
Airmen dealing with bullying and hazing received a new advocate in the bid to end unfair treatment with a change to the Department of Defense Instruction 1020.03, Harassment Prevention and Response in the Armed Forces, effective Feb. 1, 2019, allowing them to submit an official complaint through the equal opportunity office.
