Energy Conservation Month

Energy conservation is critical for every Airman and to the continued execution of Air Force mission success. Energy efficiency reduces operating costs which in turn allow funds to become available for essential Air Force modernization. The Air Force met all of its goals in fiscal year 2013 regarding energy, water consumption, as well as incorporating renewable energy resources. The Air Force will continue to support all operations while improving upon resilience, reducing demand, assuring supply and fostering an energy aware culture. Little Rock Air Force Base emphasizes being a good steward of all resources especially the natural resources of the Natural State.
