LITTLE ROCK AIR FORCE BASE, Ark. -- To make sure a C-130 is functioning at full performance, a variety of teams must come together. The 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron integrated communication navigation systems flight is a vital part of ensuring a C-130 functions well. The shop repairs discrepancies regarding radios, radars and flares. Depending on the severity of the damage, repairs can take a couple of minutes or hours. The shop is manned 24/7 by approximately 20 Airmen. Their presence may seem small on the flightline, but they make a substantial impact on combat airlift.
