Hobbies: She enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, as well as caring for her farm animals. One of her greatest joys is supporting her son’s sporting events.

Mrs. McAllister, 19th Mission Support Group resource advisor, led $18 million in financial operations, applying sharp fiscal analysis and strategic reporting to drive data-informed decisions and secure critical funding to eliminate the installation’s top safety risk.

Additionally, she positioned the unit to aggressively compete for scarce end-of-year dollars, advancing $13 million in requests and directly enabling Installation and Mission Support Center to provide an additional $1.2 million in support of a new unit stand-up.

Finally, she simultaneously carried dual resource advisor responsibilities during a federal hiring freeze, ensuring uninterrupted mission support, maintaining full execution across units, and driving $21 million in fiscal year 2025 funding success.
