19th Airlift Wing priority portrayed and why? Oberg works to get personnel geared up and out the door to support contingency operations.  He is responsible for receiving, issuing, storing & inventorying mobility assets supporting Team Little Rock warfighters and 19th Airlift Wing exercises.  Additionally, Oberg governs the wing weapons account, securing 100 percent accountability of the assets ensuring 24/7 mission readiness.
