Air Force Core Value portrayed: Excellence In All We Do

How does the individual portray the core value? Cashaw works at the Little Rock Air Force Base Fitness and Sports Center. During his time here, Cashaw continuously emulates the Air Force core value, “Excellence In All We Do.” He oversees and upkeeps a 10 million dollar facility and ensures the cleaning and safety of 1.2 million dollars in equipment for over 2,000 daily customers. Cashaw has pitched multiple ideas to refresh the facility to stay current with fitness trends and to support Team Little Rock’s Fit-to-Fight ethos, which includes updating the parent and child workout area and a new functional fitness room. His commitment to excellence does not stop at his roles and responsibilities at the fitness center, since he has taken the lead in readiness training.
