The bust of Maurice Lee “Footsie” Britt, Medal of Honor recipient and former Arkansas Lt. Gov., is displayed during the Maurice Lee “Footsie” Britt Bust Unveiling Ceremony at the capital in Little Rock, Arkansas, July 7, 2026. His distinguished combat record established him as one of the most decorated American Soldiers of World War II.
