An Airmen from the 19th Airlift Wing responds to an alarm condition during the Air Expeditionary Wing certification event on May 13, 2026, at the Combat Readiness Training Center in Gulfport, Mississippi. The 34th Combat Training Squadron, designed the event to mirror the speed, pressure and uncertainty of modern combat, testing whether the wing could rapidly deploy, establish command and control and sustain operations in a contested environment.
