Little Rock AFB commemorates 40th anniversary of ‘Ivory 77’
Rob Couture, retired Army Master Sgt. and son of Capt. Richard Couture, spoke at the High Flight Memorial during a remembrance ceremony at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, March 12, 2025.
