Col. Jason Delamater, Air Mobility Command director of manpower, personnel, and services, presents a coin to Airman 1st Class Jennifer A. Garcia, 19th Force Support Squadron career development technician at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, Mar. 4-5, 2024. Garcia’s impressive leadership skills and attention to detail were crucial to the successful execution of two real-world Personnel Deployment Function lines, certifying 1,305 deployment requirements for 87 personnel, enabling the departure of four C-130J’s within 48-hours of notification in support of humanitarian airlift operations.
