Thunder Over the Rock 2023

A U.S. Air Force WC-135 Constant Phoenix on display during the Thunder Over the Rock Airs Sow at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, Oct. 22, 2023. Currently, the air sampling mission performed by the special equipment operators from the Air Force Technical Applications Center, is in support of the Limited Test Ban Treaty of 1963, which prohibits any nation from testing nuclear weapons above ground.
