Women's Equality Day 2017
Janis Kearney, Women’s Equality Day guest speaker, was coined for her participation in the women’s equality day event Aug. 25, 2017, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Kearney was a media affairs specialist and former President Bill Clinton’s personal diarist during his presidency. Her job consisted of creating a day by day record of the president’s activities, as well as accessioning all documents that came through the president’s office.
