Levander McGinnis, 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron Aerial Delivery parachute rigger, reconstitutes a heavy equipment platform Sept. 9, 2016, at Hangar 259 on Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. A team of 29 Airmen and 10 civilians are responsible for rigging, recovering and repairing cargo platforms.
