GREEN FLAG Little Rock 16-04 jump started with a formation flight including personnel drops Feb. 16, 2016, at Alexandria, La. C-130Js, C-130Hs, C-17s and multiple Army aircraft flooded the intermediate staging base. The 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team of the 25th Infantry Division from Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, await the green light for their nighttime jump into Fort Polk, La.
