Kimberly Tyler, the19th Medical Support Squadron non commisioned officer in charge of commander support staff, assists an Airman with the activation of their government travel card, Feb. 10, 2014, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. Tyler oversaw the tracking and review of more than 250 evaluations and decorations with a 97-percent on-time completion rate, leading the 19th Airlift Wing.
