civilian airmen
Pam Johnson, a 19th Medical Operations Squadron physical therapist assistant, along with Airman 1st Class Hessen Martinez-Cruz, a 19th MDOS physical therapist assistant, hook up an Airman to an electronic stimulator June 24, 2014, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The E-stim is a tool Johnson uses on her patients to relax sore muscles. Johnson works Monday through Friday during the normal duty day and assists about 10 - 12 patients per day. She has been a physical therapist assistant for 34 years and has been at Little Rock for 17. Johnson said their goal is to get Airmen stronger, off profiles and back to passing their physical training test. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Regina Agoha)
