Trout migrate to small base lake

James Popham, 19th Civil Engineer Squadron natural resources manager, releases rainbow trout Dec. 16 into the small base lake. Arkansas Game and Fish Commission delivered 1,000 rainbow trout, averaging 13 inches in length and weighing 337.5 grams each. A trout stamp is required to keep a trout.
