Airman 1st Class Nathan Williams, 19th Civil Engineer Squadron readiness apprentice, removes a self contained breathing apparatus from a case April 23 to perform an operations check. Airman Williams designed the first Little Rock Air Force Base response guide and streamlined 31 checklist items to facilitate the commander’s emergency operations center activation in less than 15 minutes.
