Tech. Sgt. Monica Hood, 314th Maintenance Group knowledge operations noncommissioned officer in charge, reviews trouble tickets paperwork, March 14, 2011, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The Camden, Ark., native submitted more than 80 trouble tickets to the Enterprise Service Desk at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, this quarter and acted as a liaison between the 19th Communications Squadron and new members in processing the base.
