Tech. Sgt. Jason Hensel, a 314 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron assistant section chief, reviews unit documents April 18, 2011, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The Hooks, Texas, native is a unit compliance inspection monitor, coordinating with squadron and group program managers to scrutinize 27 self-inspection checklists and incorporating 883 compliant line items. Sergeant Hensel’s attention to detail was essential to his unit and wing, earning an “Excellent” rating during the 2011 Air Education and Training Command unit compliance inspection.
