Senior Airman Joshua Wolf, a 19th Equipment Maintenance Squadron aerospace ground equipment production support section tool room custodian, receives a tool to be accounted for July 18, 2011, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. The Jacksonville, Ark., native’s impeccable work ethic contributed to the flight’s 100 percent scheduling effectiveness, and an impressive 91 percent equipment in-commission rate exceeding the Air Mobility Command standard by six percent.
