He nailed the ASM shift supervisor position by guiding 22 Airmen through 254 maintenance actions. Through his mentorship, his team received 4 Flight Knucklebuster awards and 1 Airman of the Quarter win. Additionally, he orchestrated the first-ever nose landing gear forward door hinge bracket Val/Ver repair, receiving an LOA from the C-130 Chief Engineer. He synced 6 shops through the 3-week process which solved 3 structural fatigue failures, posturing a new TO process. Finally, he led Squadron CBRN training events ensuring readiness for 113 Airmen in preparation for Little Rock’s first AFFORGEN deployment.
