    Team Little Rock hosted a Movies in the Park event, Aug. 7. This event was created by the 19th Force Support Squadron to allow Airmen and their families to enjoy a night of movies while mitigating the risk of exposure to COVID-19.

    The 41st Airlift Squadron, alongside members from the 19th Operations Support Squadron, 19th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, and the 19th Logistics Readiness Squadron, traveled to Montrose Regional Airport, Colorado to conduct a two-week pre-deployment training cycle, July 18 to August 1.

    The 19th Airlift Wing resumed its monthly Ability to Survive and Operate (ATSO) Rodeos, July 30. The wing utilizes these exercises to maintain its competitive edge, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, through monthly exercises that test Airmen’s ability to survive and operate in a Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear environment.

  • Experiment enhances C-130’s competitive edge against CBRN threat

    Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear analysts from the 711th Human Performance Wing at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio recently visited the 19th Airlift Wing to conduct the first vapor purge test on a cargo plane as part of a series of experiments they will conduct on aircraft across the Department of Defense.

    Air Force personnel assigned to the 75th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron, and deployed from Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, load cargo onto a C-130J Super Hercules during loading and unloading operations in Somalia. The 75th EAS provides strategic airlift capabilities across the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa area of responsibility.
