HOW DOES THE INDIVIDUAL PORTRAY THAT CORE VALUE?
Staff Sgt. Jacob Croft manages the delivery of $1.5 million in care for more than 14,000 patient encounters yearly in the Family Health clinic. In addition, he stood in as the noncommissioned officer in charge for four months where he implemented a new no-show policy slashing un-kept visits to 4.7 percent, the lowest in three years. He recently completed his a Community College of the Air Force degree and was competitively selected to attend paramedic school starting in January 2016.
