How did they contribute/sustain ops amidst the COVID pandemic?

Early-Rice provides high-quality care to patients as the registered nurse, charge nurse in the drive-thru triage line. She leads and oversees the medical technicians who perform COVID-19 testing, she carefully reviews the COVID-19 triage forms to ensure patients who are coming through have been thoroughly assessed. She works closely with the COVID-19 provider to ensure correct medications have been entered and ordered for patients if required and patient education is provided to each patient prior to departure from the drive-thru triage line.
