Simpson works with commanders and first sergeants to ensure military justice matters are processed quickly and efficiently allowing units and their members to focus on the mission. Her attention to detail and effective management of the administrative discharge program led to Little Rock Air Force Base’s processing time being the second fastest in Air Mobility Command for 2019.
