How does the individual portray the core value? Frank has taken on the role of NCO in charge of the office. She has managed a wing flight incentive pay program for 929 aircrew and parachutists spanning five MAJCOMs. She has diligently revised more than 15 continuity procedures and created monthly and quarterly checklists. Additionally, Frank is the Wing 1C0 Working Advisory Council Chair, where she has channeled up four software discrepancies for resolution. Finally, She was elected squadron booster club president and has led five events in six months.
